I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom orders, sale items, and earrings (for hygienic reasons) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error.

Repair and Replacement Timeframes: Please note that repairs or replacements may take between 1-5 weeks to complete, particularly in cases where specific components need to be ordered. I will make every effort to process your repair or replacement as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of the status throughout the process.
Proper care is essential to maintain the beauty and longevity of your Blue Flamingo product. This may include avoiding exposure to chemicals, exposure to water, storing items separately, and cleaning with appropriate methods. Failure to follow these care instructions may void the warranty and result in damage not covered by my return policy.
Blue Flamingo offers a 30-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper use, or normal wear and tear. If you experience issues covered by the warranty, please contact me for repair or replacement options.
