1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS; by accessing the Blue Flamingo website, making a purchase, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using my website or services.
2. PRODUCTS; The majority of jewellery and other product items sold by Blue Flamingo are handcrafted, which may result in slight variations between pieces. These variations are not considered defects but rather a testament to the unique nature of handmade jewellery and other products. While I strive to accurately represent my products online, please note that colours may appear slightly different in person due to variations in monitor settings and lighting conditions.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT; All prices are listed in Swiss Francs CHF and are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to modify prices for my products at any time. I accept payments from the list of payment methods displayed on my checkout page. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through zahls.ch.
4. SHIPPING; Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country. Blue Flamingo is not responsible for delays due to customs processing, post carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES; I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom orders, sale items, and earrings (for hygienic reasons) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error.
6. CARE INSTRUCTIONS; Proper care is essential to maintain the beauty and longevity of your Blue Flamingo product. This may include avoiding exposure to chemicals, exposure to water, storing items separately, and cleaning with appropriate methods. Failure to follow these care instructions may void the warranty and result in damage not covered by my return policy.
7. WARRANTY; Blue Flamingo offers a 30-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper use, or normal wear and tear.
